The Ten Commandments.
Do we have to observe more than the Ten Commandments ?
What is sacrilege ?
The Ten Commandments, which you can read a few lines lower, sometimes cause
thoughts what sin is - how to define the concept of sin.
In this issue, you will also find the answer in this cleartext point.
If you would like to know if there are so-called deadly sins,
then I recommend you to read the cleartext point 136.
An important piece of advice:
Take a look at God's laws not as annoying bars of a prison,
but as useful bars of the railing of a bridge that leads you
over a deep gorge - into the kingdom of God - into paradise.
A proverb (not from the Bible) says it wonderfully:
Only on a leash, a kite can fly.
Once the kite line tears, the dragon trundles down,
hits hard on the earth and may even break.
So let yourself "be taken on a leash" through God's commandments -
because that is beneficial for you.
Now three short but important notes:
If you were persuaded that God's laws since the entry into force of the
New Testament no longer was valid, then be sure to check absolutely
the beginning of the cleartext point 137. It is about the dispute-topic:
"We no longer live under the law, but under grace."
All important information about whether since the birth of Jesus, God's laws

What laws Jesus reiterated in his sermons - which are thus still valid today,
and were written in the New Testament for us,

The Ten Commandments:
(Exodus 20/1-17 and repeated similarly: Deuteronomy 5/6-21)
By the way: Another count of bids arises where the ban:
"Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image ..." -
is incorporated within the first commandment.
The 1. commandment:
"I am the Lord thy God ...
Thou shalt have no other gods before me."
The 2.commandment:
"Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image or any likeness (image) ...
thou shalt not bow thyself down to them nor serve them !"
The 3.commandment:
"Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain;
for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain."
The 4.commandment:
"Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work.
But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God:
in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter ..."

The 5.commandment:
"Honour thy father and thy mother ..."
The 6.commandment:
"Thou shalt not kill."
The 7.commandment:
"Thou shalt not commit adultery."
The 8.commandment:
"Thou shalt not steal."
The 9.commandment:
"Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor."

The 10.commandment:
"You shall not covet your neighbor's house.
Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's wife, ...
nor any thing that is thy neighbour's."

Short note:
What is important is not the order or the terms of the individual bids,
but important is the reaction of God's instructions to practice.
The Lord does not knock appreciatively on the shoulder of who
can quote the commandments best learned by heart,
or holds indefinitely discussions about it,
but the one who is his friend,
does what the Lord requires.
Jesus says:
"Ye are (only) my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you."
(If you translate into practice what I tell you and ask you.)

What we do for God and Jesus Christ and our actions are very, very important.
Read this please absolutely even in the cleartext points 010, 012 and 016.
God's law, he gave us people, however, includes even more,
than what these Ten Commandments say.
His laws were distributed to various places in the scriptures.
All the laws and commandments of the Lord (not just the Ten Commandments)
you'll find summarised in the aforementioned cleartext point 129.
Important to know:
In the cleartext information on this website you will read often:
"And in all things that I have said unto you be circumspect ..."
(Exodus 23/13)
To me, it's not about "bashing in" to you all the laws and recommendations of the former Jewish faith.
Also, I have decided for me personally, not to comply to some of these laws
those fundamentalists consider as important and necessary.
Fundamentalists are believers who strictly place literally everything on the "Gold balance"
and annoy their fellow men in order to comply with these trifles necessarily -
while the really important laws, they do not (for example the charity)
translate into action.
The observance of the Sabbath path is such a strange law.
"... which is from Jerusalem a sabbath day's journey."
(Acts 1/12)
Sabbath day's journey is the distance that one can cover on the Sabbath without to be thrown "into hell".
(The Sabbath´s day journey is 2,000 cubits, about 1 km.)
There are much more important laws that need to be seen through.
We always have to consider whether we want to walk as so-called nitpickers through life,
(In Jesus' time, the Pharisees behaved so "picky") - or as active Christians,
which "burn" internally with enthusiasm for their Lord and in everyday life
do as much good as possible to help other people.
So, take care of the laws of charity especially.
For example, Jesus Christ told us that must forgive the mistakes of our fellow
- indeed, have to forgive.
This is namely the requirement that God
forgives us our mistakes (sins).

Jesus says:
"... forgive, and ye shall be forgiven ..."
(Luke 6/37)
So forgive your fellows all their trespasses,
and only then God will also forgive you.
Jesus told us:
"And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any:
that your Father (God) also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.
But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father (God) which is in heaven forgive your trespasses."
(Mark 11/25-26)
When we pray, we must not carry anger within us
but bury the hatchet before.
"I will therefore that men (and also women) pray every where, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting."
(1 Timothy 2/8)
Jesus reiterated again that we need to forgive:
"For if ye forgive men their trespasses,
(then) your heavenly Father (God) will also forgive you.
But if ye forgive not men their trespasses neither
(then) will your father (God) forgive your trespasses."
(Matthew 6/14-15)
The so called "if - then principle applies for God.
(Please read about the "if - then principle of God in cleartext point 170.)
In the header of cleartext point was asked:
Do we have to observe more than the Ten Commandments ?
Recently you could read that forgiveness is very important.
A second example is, that we need to consider more than just the Ten Commandments:
In God's Ten Commandments is not written that we should not blaspheme.
But blasphemy is a sin, which on Judgement Day blocks our access to God's kingdom.
"Be not deceived (don´t let yourself be persuaded by anyone to something wrong) !
Neither ... nor drunkards, nor revilers (blasphemers), nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God."
(1 Corinthians 6/9-10)
The emphasis is on: blasphemer.
By this, you realise that it is very important,
to know all the laws of God and to comply with.
God wants us to take the trouble, gather up all of its laws in the Bible.
"Keep and seek for all the commandments of the LORD your God ..."
(1 Chronicles 28/8)
To facilitate this to the readers, I (as already mentioned) have summarised
the laws of God and Jesus Christ in cleartext point 129.
Satan tries (unfortunately with great success) to convince the people,
that you shouldn´t take this too seriously.
A few lines above I mentioned that the Pharisees acted as "nitpickers".
I have just written that Satan wants to tell us that we should not look at everything so doggedly.
That sounds like a contradiction. In a sense, it is - so we have no choice
than use common sense and to walk the middle path. With the help of the Holy spirit,
we will be able to do that, which corresponds to God's will.

Satan gives people a restlessness so they hardly take the time, to read
this plaintext information here - and certainly not to reconsider what they have read.
But God and Jesus Christ want that we make serious efforts,
to put their words into action - so, therefore, to read - in order to put
the words into action.
It's your free choice, whom you want to obey more:
Satan, who urges you to hurry - or God and Jesus that
want you for their everlasting kingdom (of paradise) "form".
In the Bible it is written:
"The statutes of the LORD are right ..."
(Psalm 19/8)
And indeed, God's entire law is perfect - there is nothing to complain about it.
This law is rather used to that people don´t exploit or take advantage of each other.
"... the judgments of the LORD are true and righteous altogether."
(Psalm 19/9)
Everything that you would expect yourself, you have to offer others.
And what you do not want that you may not do to other people !
On this principle, God's laws are constructed.
If I, for example, in times of emergency expect help, then I have to help other people.
If I do not want other people to gossip about me, then I must not speak evil also.
If I want that God and Jesus Christ forgive my sins and mistakes,
then I have to forgive the mistakes and forgive my fellow man.
Jesus sums it up in one sentence:
"Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them ...!"
(Matthew 7/12)
He repeated it again in other words:
"And as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise."
(Luke 6/31)
And God threatens - or promises us:
"... I will even deal with thee as thou hast done ..."
(Ezekiel 16/59)
Question:
What is sin ?
Answer:
To think, say or do something
which contradicts God´s laws,
is a sin.
Sin is a rebellion against God.
All that, which is against the will of God is a sin.
The sinner does something that is wrong in God's eyes -
or is not doing something, what is right in God's eyes.
In brief words:
"... sin is the transgression of the law."
(1 John 3/4)
So what is not right in God's eyes - is not right.
You sin if you do what is wrong -
or don´t do what is right.
God establishes in His law what is wrong and what is right.
In the New Testament is written:
"... for without the law sin was dead. (If it were not for God's law, nobody would know what sin is.)
For I was alive without the law once: but when the commandment came, sin revived,
(By God's law, I only realised that I lived wickedly, thus sinned) ... "

"For by the law is the knowledge of sin."
(Romans 3/20)
By God's laws (not only by the Ten Commandments), we realise what sin is.
"Nay, I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet."
(2.Mose 20/17)
"Thou shalt not covet !"
(Romans 7/7)
"Wherefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good."
(Romans 7/12)
Everyone has to deal another way with their own sins.
Many hide and conceal their sins -
they brush it, so to speak "under the carpet".
Or they try to deny their errors and sins.
Often there are also attempts to explain why one has sinned.
Some belittle their sins.
Some even glorify their sinful life and are proud of their behaviour.
No matter how you deal with sin - in the eyes of the Lord sin is a sin.
So excuses and quibbles don´t help. Our sins separate us from God -
and they prevent us from getting into his kingdom.
Therefore, it is important to let Jesus Christ "wash" of all the sins.
What is meant by this, that you experience in cleartext point 006.
Its title: Why did Jesus Christ have to be crucified ? -
And how can we get forgiveness for our sins ?
So there is the possibility of forgiveness of all sins by Jesus Christ, through honest repentance.
This promise of forgiveness is only true if we try wholeheartedly not to repeat the sins in the future.
Otherwise, we would sin intentionally (ie deliberately).
"For if we sin wilfully after that (in the future) we have received the knowledge of the truth,
there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins (Jesus sacrifice on the Cross does not count),
but a certain fearful looking for of judgment (Judgement day) and fiery indignation (hell),
which shall devour the adversaries (in which Jesus Christ a just - will be a tough judge)."

When people formulate laws, then within a short time hundreds of
Legislative changes will be submitted later. How would a human law book look,
when several thousand years (as God's law) would stock?
It would have been often changed and extended, that a
normal person could no longer understand it.
Not so with God's law: What God has established thousands of years ago
still, has validity today.
His law is formulated so that it is understandable for everyone.
However, God's Law is distributed to about 1,600 written bible pages. But God has caused this deliberately. He can thus namely
identify which people put forth an effort to get to know his law.
The people who do not care wholeheartedly for God and his laws,
also can not follow because they do not know these laws. And those
are the people who God refers to as godless, though they often see themselves
as "believers", "religious", "pious" or "Christians".
So to get to know and understand the laws of God better, I
try using this cleartext points, to answer the most common questions to people with biblical quotations.
To God and Jesus Christ only matters, us if one tries wholeheartedly
to obey God's laws and to put them into action, or if
they just behave "lukewarm" and are without motivation.
Be thou one who is really seriously interested in God
and Jesus Christ and have eternal life in your realm.
But back to the Ten Commandments:
It is relatively difficult to keep all these commandments.
But if someone, for example, has no more parents,
so one would have to observe only nine commandments.
And if this man is not a killer, then there are only eight bids.
If he is not a thief, seven bids were only left ...
So it would always be less - until you have all the commandments in the handle.
But as already mentioned, God and Jesus Christ gave us further bids (and prohibitions). So says Jesus (as already mentioned), that the backbiting is a sin.
And - how often do we speak evil about people - be it about our fellow human beings, colleagues, neighbours or politicians ?
One can not count it !
Jesus Christ says:
"For out of the heart (the inner man) proceed evil thoughts ... blasphemy.
These are the things which defile a man."
(Matthew 15/19-20 and similar in Mark 7/21-22)
So if I blaspheme, I am a sinner.
But it does not matter - everybody does that !
Or not ?
"If any man among you seem to be religious (he does much for God),
and bridleth not his tongue (he blasphemes for example),
but deceiveth his own heart, this man's religion (as a whole) is vain (worthless)."
(James 1/26)
"Well, one bid (or ban) - for that I won´t go to hell, right ?"
There are many people who always seek excuses.
They say:
"One cannot equate the backbiting with murder."
But what does God say about such excuses ?
"For whosoever shall keep the whole law (for the rest), and yet offends one point, he is guilty of all."
(James 2/10)
Oh, now things look quite different !
And that this is not only with God but also in our daily life it
may happen that a small mistake is just as serious as
a gigantic error which the insurance industry shows us:
A traffic accident involving minor damage causes
same demotion in the case of damage as an
accident with a huge amount of damage.
So if you reject a single law of God because you
have the opinion that God is not allowed to ask of you,
then anything that you are doing, is meaningless.
Take the example of charity: If you are a true Christian, then you will
sacrifice a large portion of your income to the poor and needy in this
world. You have to know that this would all be meaningless to God and Jesus Christ
if you reject the charity and love of enemies.
Read it for yourself in the following quotation from the bible:
"And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned,
and have not charity (charity and love of enemies), it profiteth me nothing."
(1 Corinthians 13/3)
So always remember that all the commandments, laws, bits of advice, admonitions
and prohibitions of God must be regarded as a unit.
Please pay attention to the word "all" in the bible quotes of this cleartext point on the word.
All laws are to follow and heed.
This we are told by God and Jesus very often.
We have no right to seek out only the pleasant ones for us.
"Only be thou strong and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law (of God)."
(Joshua 1/7)
God says:
"Remember ye the law of Moses my servant,
which I commanded unto him in Horeb for all Israel, with the statutes and judgments.
(Malachi 4/4)
God testimony to this is short and clear:
"... and do according to all that I have commanded thee."
(Jeremiah 50/21)
If you don´t do it, then you're a sinner, also against God!
"... They have sinned against the Lord ..."
(Jeremiah 50/7)
Moses told the people at the time what the Lord God, expected of them.
But people kept only some of the laws - the other
were simply ignored, so not put into practice.
God promised the Israelites (his Jewish people):
"Neither will I make the feet of Israel move any more out of the land which I gave their fathers;
only if they will observe to do according to all that I have commanded them,
and according to all the law ... But they hearkened not ..."
(2 Kings 21/8-9)
The consequences are well known: The people of God have been expelled from the Promised Land,
and distributed throughout the world.
God threats come true - always.
Read about this also in cleartext point 124.
When God threatens, that he will reject us if we do not do our best and wholeheartedly
implement all his laws into practice, then we have to take his threat seriously. Otherwise,
there will be literally a rude awakening for us on the last day.
Even Jesus Christ asks:
"And why call ye me (hypocritically), Lord, Lord, and (then) do not the things which I say ?"
(Luke 6/46)

So it is very important to try wholeheartedly to comply with all laws of God,
So by violating any of the laws, you will become a transgressor of God.
"But the transgressors (which transgressed God´s laws) shall be destroyed together: the end of the wicked shall be cut off."
(Psalm 37/38)
"And the destruction of the transgressors and of the sinners shall be together, and they that forsake the LORD shall be consumed."
(Isaiah 1/28)
By looking at the large number of now following bible quotes, you realise that for God
and Jesus Christ it is very important that we consider all the laws as important
and put them into practice.
"Ye shall therefore keep all my statutes, and all my judgments, and do them ..."
(Leviticus 20/22)
"... That ye may remember, and do all my commandments ..."
(Numbers 15/40)
"... and keep my commandments and my statutes ..."
(2 Kings 17/13)
"Everything that I command you, you shall keep and do them.
Ye shall not add, nor take away."
(Deuteronomy 13/1) (translation from a german bible, not the KJV)
"... whatsoever God hath said unto thee, do."
(Genesis 31/16)
"And Moses came and told the people all the words of the LORD,
and all the judgments: and all the people answered with one voice, and said,
All the words which the LORD hath said will we do. And Moses wrote all the words of the LORD ..."
(Exodus 24/3-4)
"Thus did Moses: according to all that the LORD commanded him, so did he."
(Exodus 40/16)
"Thus did Noah; according to all that God commanded him, so did he."

There you'll find more than a hundred laws that God and Jesus gave us humans.
They are not intended, that we soon "may not do a thing",
but they help us to get through life.
Please read the cleartext point 064, how you achieve,
that the pressure is taken from you when you think
that God or Jesus force you to do something and
want to spoil your life by bans.
In God's word we are asked:
"Do all things without murmurings and disputings."
(Philippians 2/14)

Jesus says:
"Whoever loves me will keep my word ..."
(John 14/23)
Important to know:
It does not, therefore, good works, to thereby become a Christian,
but to do good works because we have become a Christian.
However, Jesus Christ speaks:
"... If a man love me, he will keep my words ..."
(John 14/24)
If we "rebuild" Jesus' statement (without changing the contents)
then there is the following sentence:
"Those who do not my words, do not love me."
So who doesn´t satisfy Jesus´ orders, doesn´t love him.
Jesus tells us:
"And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might (Deuteronomy 6/5)."

Through the love of God, things will be so much easier in the future,
which demand now a great effort.
"And this is love (to the Lord), that we walk after his commandments ..."
(2 John 1/6)
"For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous."
(1 John 5/3)
Some people will say: "What, his commandments are not burdensome ?
They are only hard for people which feel forced to comply.
Whoever voluntarily maintains the laws, out of love and gratitude to the Lord,
feels no heavy load on his shoulders, but goes cheerfully through life -
always with the goal: eternal life in God's Kingdom - in paradise.
So let the love of the Lord grow in your heart because it helps you
to comply voluntarily and joyfully to God's laws.
"... therefore love is the fulfilling of the law."
(Romans 13/10)
Some people think they have to serve and obey God so he loves them.
But it is exactly the contrary:
I obey God because he loves me -
and not that he loves me !
The Lord though takes you the way you are currently,
but he does not want you to stay like this,
but that you change, so
that he has his delight in you.
This is exactly how God's laws help you.
One does not, therefore, good works, and thereby becomes a Christian,
but does good works because he has become a Christian.
In cleartext - point 041 you find out how we serve and honour God properly,
and how it is possible for us to show him our love.
"Wherefore shew ye to them ... the proof of your love ..."
(2 Corinthians 8/24)
"... Let us not love in word ... , but in deed ..."
(1 John 3/18)
Now follow other biblical quotations, which clearly show that it
is very important to follow all the laws of God and Jesus Christ.
"And ye shall observe to do all the statutes and judgments which I set before you this day."
(Deuteronomy 11/32)
"Be ye therefore very courageous to keep and to do all that is written in the book of the law of Moses,
that ye turn not aside therefrom to the right hand or to the left ..."
(Joshua 23/6)
"Gather the people together, men, and women, and children ... that they may hear, and that they may learn,
and fear the LORD your God, and observe to do all the words of this law.
And that their children ... may hear, and learn to fear the LORD your God,
as long as ye live in the land whither ye go over Jordan to possess it."
(Deuteronomy 31/12-13)
"Now these are the commandments, the statutes, and the judgments,
which the LORD your God commanded to teach you, that ye might do them ... That thou mightest
fear the LORD thy God, to keep all his statutes and his commandments ... Hear therefore (or read),
O Israel, and observe (remember) to do it; that it may be well with thee ..."
(Deuteronomy 6/1-3)
"Ye shall therefore keep my statutes, and my judgments:
which if a man do, he shall live in them: I am the LORD."
(Leviticus 18/5)
By striving wholeheartedly to respect God's laws,
and actually implementing them daily into action, we get eternal life in His kingdom
on the last day. And when we are
sinning by mistake, we get forgiveness of our sins by
honest repentance.

"All that the LORD hath spoken we will do."
(Exodus 19/8)
" All the words which the LORD hath said will we do."
(Exodus 24/3)
"All that the LORD hath said will we do, and be obedient."
(Exodus 24/7)
"... and the children of Israel did according to all that the LORD commanded Moses, so did they."
(Exodus 39/32)
One law alone (eg, donations) is useless
if you disobey another law.
Jesus says:
"... these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone."
(Matthew and Luke 23/23 11/42)
God came in the personification of Jesus to the earth created by him - to the people,
he had created (to his family). But how was it received -
and how was he welcomed by us ?
We find the sad answer in the Bible:
"He came unto his own, and his own received him not."
(John 1/11)
Only when the people of God need help, then he is welcome -
otherwise, he should not disturb the good life.
But why is it most people prefer to see the Lord "from behind" ?
Because they do not want to live as God wishes.
You want to stay with someone who may only
have the same interests - or the same aim.
"Can two walk together, except they be agreed ?"
(Amos 3/3)
If two want to walk together, then they will only do so
if they harmonise with each other, and if they both have the same goal.
So it is also between God and you. If your goal is compatible with
God conceptions you can go the way together.
If your goal is eternal life in his kingdom, then it is in the
interest of the Lord, because he also wants you to reach it.
That's why he gave you numerous "signs" in the form of his commandments,
laws and reminders.
By "writing" all instructions of the Lord into your heart, as the notes of a map
or a navigation system, and obeying and remembering everything that is advised to you
(Ie convert the orders into practice), you will arrive at the destination.
If you are on a trip, but only listen to every other piece of advice of the navigation device,
then you will go astray, and not reach your goal.
Your "stubbornness" or "superior attitude" would be to blame.
If you in your life, don´t follow all laws and commandments
of God, you will not get into his kingdom.
Then you can spare yourself all the way.
You would otherwise be sorely disappointed if you on Judgment Day
recognise, that you have missed the mark !
Either obey all laws and commandments of the Lord - or turn away completely from him.
Then you could, however, seize praying, and your Bible would only be waste paper.
Sounds tough - but it's the truth !
Hence this website is called: Cleartext.
Either try wholeheartedly to comply with all commandments of the Lord -
or completely turn away from God and Jesus.
Everything else is pointless - it would only be piety and religion !
But that does not count in the eyes of the Lord!
You can read God´s "guide". Therefore he had it written.
"... he shall write him a copy of this law ...
in a book (today there are millions of Bibles) ... And it shall be with him (or her) and he (or she) shall read therein all the days of his (her) life: that he (she) may learn to fear the LORD his God,
to keep all the words of this law and these statutes, to do them:
That his (her) heart ... not aside from the commandment, to the right hand, or to the left ..."

"... Set your hearts unto all the words which I testify among you this day,
which ye shall command your children to observe to do, all the words of this law.
For it is not a vain (not casually spoken) thing for you; because it is your life (this word leads you in's eternal life)."

"... And shalt return (from your sinful life) unto the LORD thy God,
and shalt obey his voice according to all that I command thee this day,
thou and thy children, with all thine heart, and with all thy soul; That then the LORD thy God will turn thy captivity, and have compassion upon thee, and will return and gather thee from all the nations,
whither the LORD thy God hath scattered thee. If any of thine be driven out unto the outmost parts of heaven,
from thence will the LORD thy God gather thee, and from thence will he fetch thee:
And the LORD thy God will bring thee into the land which thy fathers possessed, and thou shalt possess it;

God says in his word very often that we should comply with all its laws.
"Cursed be he (she) that confirmeth not all the words of this law to do them. And all the people shall say, Amen."
(Deuteronomy 27/26)
"... that are cursed, which do err from thy commandments."
(Psalm 119/21)
"But if ye will not hearken unto me, and will not do all these commandments (and laws of God);
And if ye shall despise my statutes, or if your soul abhor my judgments,
so that ye will not do all my commandments (and laws),
but that ye break my covenant: I also will do this unto you;
I will even appoint over you terror ..."
(Leviticus 26/14-16)
God has not said when he will do this: "appoint terror over us" -
but his threat will not be later than on Judgement day.
Therefore try wholeheartedly to live in a way, so that God takes pleasure in you -
and on the last day, you will be taken to his eternal kingdom.
There is a saying (not from the Bible):
A chain is only as strong as its weakest link.
If you have a thick anchor chain, in which a link is cracked or just a thin wire
replacing a chain link, then the heavy anchor will break the chain at the weakest point
and sink forever into the depths of the sea.
So it is with God's laws. If you only reject
one law, then everything else is meaningless.
So there is no difference between small and large sins before God.
People think: "Small sins are overlooked by God - but he punishes the major sins."
That this ain´t true, I explain to you in this cleartext point by quotations from the Bible.
Many people can not imagine that God can forgive even murder itself.
But - he can !
In the bible, it is written that Moses (who is considered by many believers as a
very important biblical character) has committed a murder.
(Read it yourself in: Exodus 11-14 or Acts 7/22-29.)
And in this Moses God trusted and gave him his Ten Commandments and instructed him even,
to lead God's people from Egypt to freedom.
David also was a murderer. He had fallen in love with a married woman
and instructed someone else to kill the "obstructive" husband.
(2 Samuel 11/1-17)
But God forgave David this contract killing.
You see, God does not distinguish between small and large sins.
God tests the hearts of men.
If someone changes his life, then God forgives the past.
But he does not fall for tricks. The new beginning must be really honest !
And now I will show you on the basis of quotations from the bible that God
weighs even the small sins very carefully.
"... God hath remembered her iniquities."
(Revelation 18/5)
What are iniquities ?
Transgressions or iniquities are minor offences (according to an old encyclopaedia), which only lead to a fine.
"If he (God) cut off, and shut up, or gather together (the sinners on Judgement day), then who can hinder him ?
For he knoweth vain men: he seeth wickedness also; will he not then consider it ?"
(Job 11/10-11)
God thus doesn´t sweep the transgressions of the people under the carpet,
but they (iniquities) will be "dropped on their heads" as punishment for their transgressions.
"His mischief shall return upon his own head, and his violent dealing shall come down upon his own pate."
(Psalm 7/16)
"... because their transgressions are many, and their backslidings are increased."
(Jeremiah 5/6)
our many "small" transgressions add up to a great mountain of sin for God.
I would like now to make you pensively through a little arithmetic example.
One can sin in different ways.
For example, with the mouth (white lies) or by blaspheming (gossip).
One can think something bad or you omit to do something good.
So three different sins only once a day:
(to sin with the mouth, thinking something bad, omit to do something good).
In one year these are 1,095 sins alltogether (3 x 365 = 1,095).
But who manages to sin only three times a day ?
Usually, it is essentially more.
If a person lives for example 75 years, then this yields up (with only three sins per day)
to a huge mountain of 82,125 sins throughout the life of the person.
This sin separates us from God. Only through Jesus, our sins can be forgiven.
In the aforementioned cleartext points 006 and 009 you can read how
the forgiveness of sins "works".
Jesus Christ demands of us that we obey him (see also cleartext point 071) -
hence that we should implement his word into practice.
Who doesn´t obey him, cannot count on the grace of God,
but the wrath of God abideth on him (or her).
I don´t claim this - but those are the words from the Bible:
"He that believeth on the Son (Jesus Christ) hath everlasting life ..."
(John 3/36)
That sounds good - but now (in the same bible quote), the important warning:
"... and he that believeth not the Son (Jesus Christ) shall not see (eternal) life; but the wrath of God abideth on him."
(John 3/36)
How God treats those who are not obedient,
you learn from the following quotation from the bible:
"... saith the LORD: I will not pity, nor spare, nor have mercy, but destroy them."
(Jeremiah 13/13-14)

Do you think and believe that God will change his mind because of you,
and welcomes you on the last day with grace and mercy
if you do not obey him and Jesus Christ
and their words are not appropriate in the act ?
Believe me - God does not change his mind !
What he once said, that remains forever and ever.
He himself tells us this:
"My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips."
(Psalm 89/34)
"I have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return ..."
(Isaiah 45/23)
"Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure."
(Isaiah 46/10)
"... yea, I have spoken it, I will also bring it to pass; I have purposed it, I will also do it."
(Isaiah 46/11)
"... I the Lord have spoken it, and I will do it."
(Ezekiel 36/36)
"I the Lord, have spoken and have done it."

Thus saith the Lord God:

In God's word, we are asked to tackle also the "small" sins.
As little foxes in the vineyard cause damage,
so do our "small" sins also harm.
"Take us the foxes, the little foxes, that spoil the vines: for our vines have tender grapes."
(Song of Solomon 2/15)
"... for our backslidings are many; we have sinned against thee."
(Jeremiah 14/7)
"... our backslidings are many ..."
Hence most people think that the "big" sins
as murder and manslaughter are meant.
But as already stated, for God all sins are equal, no matter what !
So 10 small transgressions do count before God as much
as if someone had murdered ten people in cold blood.
This is unimaginable for us, but it is so !
Therefore, it is extremely important to familiarise yourself with God's laws.
And that's one reason why I wrote this cleartext points.
"... for they proceed from evil to evil, and they know not me (they don´t want to change) ..."
(Jeremiah 9/3)
"... violence covereth them as a garment."
(Psalm 73/6)
They surround themselves with violence - that means they often do wrong.
"... the act of violence is in their hands."
(Isaiah 59/6)
"... ye weigh the violence of your hands in the earth."
(Psalm 58/2)
"... let them turn every one from his evil way, and from the violence that is in their hands."
(Jonah 3/8)
But what do the wicked instead ?
They think themselves:
"... What advantage will it be unto thee? and, What profit shall I have, if I be cleansed from my sin?"
(Job 35/3)
God says:
"For I know your manifold transgressions and your mighty sins ..."
(Amos 5/12)
God sees transgressions as a very serious sin.
"As a fountain casteth out her waters (neverending, continually), so she casteth out her wickedness: violence and spoil is heard in her ..."
(Jeremiah 6/7)
One can do wrong even by mouth.
King Solomon said:
"... and that in regard of the oath of God. Be not hasty to go out of his sight ..."
(Ecclesiastes 8/2)
He meant: When people swore by God,
then it would be good to consider beforehand exactly
whether they should swear at all.
Jesus Christ has even established many centuries later:
"But I say unto you, Swear not at all; neither by heaven; for it is God's throne ...
... But let your communication be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay:
for whatsoever is more than these cometh of evil."
(Matthew 5/34 + 37)
"But above all things, my brethren, swear not, neither by heaven,
neither by the earth, neither by any other oath ..."
(James 5/12)
But how often do you hear (often even jokingly said):
"I swear by God (and all the saints) !"
That too would be a transgression.
As we just have the topic of the wrong-doing:
There are employees in companies which have private telephone conversations or
surf the internet during their work.
I talk about this subject for a very specific reason:
While the employee, for example, surfs the web,
he finally can´t do focused work for the company.
The result for God is again a transgression(working time theft).
But what if someone even reads through these cleartext points during working hours ?
I could remain silent on this issue - and be happy that another reader visited
this website. But then I would classify myself in the long series of lie preachers
and preachers of half-truths, which prefer to remain silent,
so as not "to offend their sheep".
They prefer to leave it as it is so that these (sheep) continue their wrong path,
instead of rather exhort - and thus lead them to God's path.
For these lie preacher, the main thing is the collection and donation in the till.
To me, it is not about getting as many hits as possible on my homepage.
The important thing is that readers are thoughtful,
and then go the way that God offers us, humans.
The goal of this path is eternal life in God's kingdom.
Thither I want to lead you with these cleartext points.
But if you should read this information during your working hours,
then the question arises: Would that please God ?
I need to respond explicitly and clearly with a "No".
And who says that he (or she) doesn´t have time for it at home, the
one is still very, very far from God and Jesus Christ.
Therefore I can only recommend: Please read through the cleartext point 005.
Exactly this issue is addressed there.
But the outrage could even go one step further to the extreme:
Namely, if someone seduced even a work colleague
to read the information on this website whilst at work.
This namely happens often in life. Who transgresses, often
seduces others to do the same.
"A violent man enticeth his neighbour, and leadeth him into the way that is not good."
(Proverbs 16/29)
My call to you: Do not do that !
Live in a way that God and Jesus Christ have their delight in you - or
forget the whole thing. It would be really useless otherwise.
You would think your whole life, that you will be allowed into God´s kingdom on Judgment Day,
but then you would obtain the terrible statement popped on your head by Jesus Christ:
"... Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels."
(Matthew 25/41)
Therefore keep away from people who commit sacrilege !
Generally known, company shapes and forms a man.
"The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. Corrupt are they,
and have done abominable iniquity: there is none that doeth good."
(Psalm 53/1)
God spoke briefly before the flood to Noah:
"And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me;
for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold,
I will destroy them with the earth."
(Genesis 6/13)
How angry God is about the outrage of the people,
we also learn from the following sentence:
"They shall eat their bread with carefulness, and drink their water with astonishment,
that her land may be desolate from all that is therein,
because of the violence of all them that dwell therein."
(Ezekiel 12/19)
"For they eat the bread of wickedness ..."
(Proverbs 4/17)
They increase their income or reduce their spending by minor offences.
For example, (as mentioned above) is
a private telephone conversation from the company phone an outrage.
Also the private copies on the company device God sees as sacrilege.
For us a matter of course - but for God a sacrilege.
"For they know not to do right, saith the LORD,
who store up violence and robbery in their palaces."
(Amos 3/10)
It doesn´t mean great treasures.
Many small transgressions over a whole lifetime
but added together become a great "treasure" (a large amount) of sin.
A godly man said:
"... If Balak would give me his house full of silver and gold,
I cannot go beyond the word of the LORD my God, to do less or more."
(Numbers 22/18)
This man would thus not commit any small outrage.
And just this wishes God !
There are people who buy books, tapes and DVD about God's Word.
But they spend a lot of money to be as perfect Christians as possible.
But then, for example, they use the company copier illegally
to get this or that important copy.
It is even possible that they commit this outrage,
to spread God's Word with those copies.
But here the Lord disagrees.
As already mentioned, before God all the sins weigh the same.
Who thinks he is a Christian because he robs no bank or a gas station is mistaking.
Even he who only "besieges" some office supplies, is in God's eyes
a thief - therefore a sinner - just like the bank robber.
And if the craftsman in the company takes this or that screw home,
it is just as much a sin to God as if he had killed a gas station attendant,
to get the money.
Always remember: All sins weigh the same before the Lord !
Therefore it is written:
"Abstain from all appearance of evil."
(1 Thessalonians 5/22)
God warns the people that they should not cheat while trading.
(For example, if the balance is shifted slightly in favour of the dealer.)
"A false balance is abomination to the LORD: but a just weight is his delight."
(Proverbs 11/1)
Even if you're not a professional trader,
you can sin in trading before God.
A man once told me that he had committed an outrage,
he also regretted in hindsight:
He wanted to sell a used car seat on the Internet.
The photo he wanted to publish on the Internet, showed a small spot on the seat.
So he turned the car seat a little and photographed it again.
Now the spot was no longer visible. He used this photo to offer the product.
But what does God say ?
The preachers of the half-truths (see cleartext point 106) assert
that God loves all people - even sinners.
But this corresponds to only half the facts.
The Lord loves sinners only when they are ready to turn from their sinful way,
and then wholeheartedly try not to repeat their sins.
We can read in the bible that God forbids to manipulate the weight or the length dimension.
What this means is that the dealer must not cheat his clients.
What is dismissed by some people as a bagatelle (the deceptive packages, which lead
the buyer to believe more content is inside, and the use
of scales which are not calibrated), is an abomination to God.
By this, it is clearly said that God does not love sinners who cling to their sin.
"Thou shalt not have in thy bag divers weights, a great and a small. Thou shalt not have in thine house divers measures,
a great and a small. But thou shalt have a perfect and just weight, a perfect and just measure shalt thou have:
that thy days may be lengthened in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.
For all that do such things (use an unjust weight or measure), and all that do unrighteously,
are an abomination unto the LORD thy God."
(Deuteronomy 25/13-16)
Therefore don´t let the preachers of half-truths convince you,
but inform yourself what is written in God's Word (the bible).
Our many small transgressions have become the norm.
What about, for example, with the use of working time ?
In the company, I worked for, coffee drinking and private phone conversations
(without that one operates) are considered as working time theft.
These are only small offences but in this company work approximately 600 employees.
If everyone wasted 5 minutes per day, this is already 50 hours per daily.
For an 8-hour day, the company would have to pay more than 6 employees
for absolutely doing nothing. (6 employees times 8 hours are 48 hours.)
As already mentioned: To God,
our transgressions accumulate to a huge mountain of sin.
"... for our backslidings are many; we have sinned against thee."
(Jeremiah 14/7)
Another outrage is the daily "white lies" and "excuses" for many people.
They are too cowardly to admit their mistakes - therefore have to serve "white lies".
But God set in his commandments, that we should not lie !
(Exodus 20/16 and Deuteronomy 5/20)
People who talk a lot, are quick to spread the latest gossip.
They are mostly unaware of the fact,
that they revile or judge other people by doing so.
So they sin with their mouth against God,
without realising it.
But they don´t listen to reason also.
So they sin more.
But always remember: Ten transgressions are before God as much as ten murders !
"... he that is malicious in his words is not trustworthy." (Aramaic Bible in Plain English)
(Proverbs 19/7)
Jesus Christ speaks clearly:
"But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak,
they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment."
(Matthew 12/36)
Please read also absolutely the cleartext point 084. There you will find out
how we humans sin with our mouths and our tongues.
Thus adds a sacrilege to another.
"... do those things which are not convenient; Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication,
wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy ...
Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death (do not get eternal life),
not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them."
(Romans 1/28-32)
"Wherefore thus saith the Holy One of Israel (God), Because ye despise this (God´s) word, and trust in oppression and perverseness
(the transgression has already become normality), and stay thereon:
Therefore this iniquity shall be to you as a breach ready to fall, swelling out in a high wall, whose breaking cometh suddenly at an instant."
(Isaiah 30/12-13)
God "doesn´t turn a blind eye" at the iniquities, as most people come to think,
or as the lie preachers tell when they report of the "dear" God.
"He sheweth by it to his friend substance, Anger against perversity." (Young's Literal Translation)
(Job 36/33)
Question: Why can´t God turn a "blind eye" when we sin ?
Very easily:
"Lord, I know that your judgments are right ..."
(Psalm 119/75)
"For the Lord our God is righteous ..."
(Daniel 9/14)
If God is just, and he makes fair judgments, it is not possible for him to
overlook one or another sin. Where would be the line ?
Then there would be an injustice.
But not with God !
What happens to those who trespass ?
"But the fearful (which are too cowardly to openly profess Jesus,
or are too cowardly to change their lives permanently),
and unbelieving (which don´t believe God´s word), and the abominable ...
... and all liars (even those who lie to themselves),
shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone:
which is the second death."
(Revelation 21/8)
"For our transgressions are multiplied before thee, and our sins testify against us:
for our transgressions are with us; and as for our iniquities, we know them ...
... departing away from our God, speaking oppression and revolt (against God),
conceiving and uttering from the heart words of falsehood."
(Isaiah 59/12-13)
And we got already to a "small" sin (a sacrilege), which is very widespread
and has become normal even among many "believers" and "Christians" -
trespassing the second commandment:
"Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain (not use it without cause);
for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain."
(Exodus 20/7 and Deuteronomy 5/11)
How often one hears people say: "Thank God ..."
If they really want to share this thanksgiving to God seriously with other people,
then no one would have any objection, but they speak these words thoughtlessly.
Here are some more sayings that constitute blasphemy of his name to God,
but are the norm in the daily chatter of many people:
"For God's sake ..."
"Oh my God ..."
"God forbid ..."
"For God's sake ..."
"God dammit ...?
"Oh, God, oh God ..."
"Oh dear God ..."
"Oh God, oh God ..."
"Good Lord ..."
"God almighty ..."
"Oh, God, I am scared ..."
"My God, you´re clumsy ..."
"Dear God, please let it be fast closing time."
"That is, God knows, not a good idea ..."
"Unfortunately it did not work God ..."
"Your word in God's ear ..."
"The Lord knows, what hour of the night ..."
"God, what a cute child ..."
One could add many sentences to this list of ill-considered blasphemy.
Even when swearing (which in itself is indeed a sin) the people abuse God's name:
"For God's sake, you hasten finally, otherwise we'll be late to church !"
Also, the greeting: "Grüss Gott" (literally translated means: "greet God", used for "good day" in german, is said so many times.
But what does God have to do with a human greeting ?
In the Lord's Prayer we say:
"Our Father which art in heaven !
Hallowed be thy name. "
(Matthew and Luke 6/9 11/2)
But then God's name will be used on all inappropriate occasions.
In the bible it is written:
"... neither shalt thou profane the name of thy God ..."
(Leviticus 19/12)
God warns us:
"Neither shall ye profane my holy name ..."
(Leviticus 22/32)
"... How long will this people provoke me ?"
(Numbers 14/11)
Read on this subject please also the cleartext point 108. Its title:
Why are God and Jesus Christ blasphemed and laughed about ?
Nobody gives it serious thoughts.
But when we exhort these people, then you can listen to something ...
They are actually convinced that they are doing nothing wrong.
Or they say: "You are right." - And then do it again.
Some also believe that they have a right to do so because they are "believers" however - and believe God and Jesus could be mentioned by Christians after all.
The Lord Jesus acknowledges with disappointment:
"This people honoureth me with their lips, but their heart is far from me."
(Mark and Matthew 7/6 15/8 and similarly in Isaiah 29/13)
He asks:
"Why you call ye me (hypocritical) "Lord, Lord"-
and (then) do not the things which I say ?"
(Luke 6/46)

And Jesus Christ warns us:
"Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven;
but he (only) that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven (put God´s laws into practice)."

The laws of God mentioned by Jesus, are also the words of Jesus, by which we
should live. In the just mentioned cleartext point 129 you'll find them as a summary.
To implement God's Words into action is difficult for many Christians.
Question: Do you give for example the Lord his rightful tithes -
or do you prefer to finance your holidays and your leisure interests with them ?
Please read through the aforementioned cleartext point 137 the important information on the subject:
"We no longer live under the law, but under his grace."
About God´s tithes check in cleartext point 094.
Now another offence as a small example: Washing the car on Sunday.
I must confess that this also was not an issue for me earlier, which
would have been worth reflection. But today I disagree because I became thoughtful
through God's Word (the bible).
God declares:
"Verily my sabbaths ye shall keep (keep the sabbath day holy): for it is a sign between me and you throughout your generations (forever);
that ye may know that I am the LORD that doth sanctify you."
(Exodus 31/13)
And that people should realise how serious God is when he gives us his laws,
we also recognise in the statement of God:
"Six days thou shalt work, but on the seventh day thou shalt rest: in earing time and in harvest thou shalt rest."
(Exodus 34/21)

Especially in the time of harvest, the farmer wants to use every minute to recover his harvest.
So he will not be excited about a full day outage. He will also reap on Sunday.
But now a question: What if God lets it rain for a whole day in the harvest ?
Then not only this one day precipitates but the grain needs even
several days to dry, so that again can be harvested.
Or God gives the farmer a crop failure (drought, hail ...).
How would one day lost in harvest time (Sunday) be in comparison to that ?
God could intervene educationally so that the farmer would be thoughtful about his behaviour:
Either work with God together or oppose to God - and therefore
nevertheless have no advantage, because God is the stronger one.
But when a devout farmer keeps strictly the laws of God,
he would certainly be laughed at by other colleagues.
As an employee, he even would soon get his resignation.
But if God recognises that a person wholeheartedly
wants to comply and keep his laws, then it is for God a lightness,
to support these people.
For the harvest by a farmer who will not reap Sundays,
can by God's help be even greater than by someone,
who works "day and night" (and also on Sunday).
God has tested this man if he sticks to God - and in return
for the passed test he can bless the harvest of this man.
However, as a sign of his strength, he can also have the harvest of the other farmers
turn out badly - or even destroy it completely,
if they do not comply with his laws.
"They have sown wheat, but shall reap thorns ...
they shall be ashamed of your revenues because of the fierce anger of the LORD."
(Jeremiah 12/13)
Our modern agriculture doesn´t have a "covenant" with God anymore,
but a "deal" with science. They developed fertilisers,
pest and weed killers or genetically modified plants,
although no one knows exactly what damage this provides in the long run for us humans.
Only the income - so the profit is important. Hence God does not fit into the plan.
But will this play out well on long terms ?
But back to the holiday.
It is not a sign of piety if one keeps the Sunday law.
What distinguishes a pious man, you can read in cleartext point 047.
It is a sign of obedience to God if one keeps the Sabbath (Sunday).
But necessary activities can be performed. And that includes,
if you can do to someone something good, which tolerates no delay.
Through Jesus Christ, it is explained to us:
"Then said Jesus unto them, I will ask you one thing; Is it lawful on the sabbath days to do good ..."
(Luke 6/9)
"... he (Jesus) saith unto the man (who was ill), Stretch forth thine hand. And he stretched it out: and his hand was restored whole as the other."
(Mark 3/5)
God wants only the best for us humans.
He knows our human body very well
(He has it created after all), he knows
that we sometimes need a "time out" from work.
So God determined that we should observe the Sabbath,
in order to recover.
Therefore Jesus said:
"The Sabbath was made for man
and not man for the sabbath."
(Mark 2/27)
Many people have to work on Sundays and holidays.
Without firefighters, doctors or nurses, for example,
our present system would not be viable.
My concern is just about to tell you that it is worthwhile to think about,
which work better should not be done on Sunday.
And that includes, for example, the car wash.
Many people care more about their car than about God's Word.
In terms of time, "God draws the short straw."
People often invest even more money in their car, as in God.
When for example it is said: " Help the poor" - then only money is available,
which "remains" from the normal standard of living.
But for the car, most people are willing to give up something
and restrict themselves. After all, the car is "important".
But aren´t God and Jesus Christ important ?
Jesus says that everything we do to a poor or needy,
we do to him (Jesus) personally.

So if we invest more time and money in the car than in God and Jesus
(purchase price of the car, garage or garage rental, fuel, winter tires,
taxes, insurance, viewings, repairs ...)
then we gotta have a very good excuse after our death (on the last day, at the final judgment)
as to why we have classified our car more valuable,
as God and Jesus Christ.
So I became very thoughtful by the intense reading of the bible.
I changed my life - and thus became naturally for many people an
outsider, the killjoy or a laughing stock.
But I can live with it. I know that all our sooooo important
substantive "treasures" and human "friends" will be completely worthless one day.
Then only one thing will matter: How was your behaviour towards God and Jesus Christ ?
In the Bible it is written:
"... the LORD had said unto them, Ye shall not do this thing. ... Turn ye from your evil ways,
and keep my commandments and my statutes, according to all the law ... they would not hear ..."
(2 Kings 17/12-14)
As people don´t take God's laws very seriously and they do wrong,
therefore many people on this earth are very miserable.
They have to suffer hunger and thirst, while others plan
their second or third short teach per year and are not willing
to help the poor by personal sacrifice.
Some commit outrages - and thereby the other suffer.
"... deliver him that is spoiled out of the hand of the oppressor ..."
(Jeremiah 21/12)
"... remove violence and spoil, and execute judgment and justice ... "
(Ezekiel 45/9)
"... (On Judgment Day) we shall be like him (Jesus Christ); for we shall see him as he is.
And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself (by doing honest repentance,
and by the subsequent turning from sin), even as he (Jesus Christ) is pure.
Whosoever committeth sin (no matter how small the outrage)
transgresseth also (simultaneously) the law: for sin is the transgression of the law."
(1 John 3/2-4)
But why does is it so hard for the wicked to get into God's kingdom ?
Because they do not view their transgressions as serious sins.
And that is the great danger in iniquities !
The "small" outrage that weighs equally as murder to God and Jesus Christ,
is trivialised by the people.
But God threatens with clear and understandable words for everyone:
"For the violence of Lebanon shall cover thee (on Judgment Day) ..."
(Habakkuk 2/17)
With a killer, it may happen that he regrets his bad deed one day,
and asks Jesus Christ for forgiveness.
And out of gratitude that Jesus has forgiven him his bad deed,
it may happen that he is someone who lives by God's laws intensively.
He does this, as I said, out of deep gratitude.
But a wicked, who does not take his many small sins seriously,
will not turn away from his sins.
Therefore also the repentance won´t help in this case.
Who doesn´t try wholeheartedly
to avoid this sins is not to expect forgiveness of Jesus Christ.
"... the unjust knoweth no shame."
(He/she is not ashamed of his/her sins.)

"... for the wickedness of their doings I will drive them out of mine house, I will love them no more ..."
(Hosea 9/15)
Always remember: evil deeds - those are also the "small" transgressions.
Because for God and Jesus (as you have experienced in this cleartext point)
all sins are equal.
Whether murder or blasphemy - everything is only one and the same: literally, sin !
So God evades the wicked his love.
Live in a way so that you are trying wholeheartedly to comply with all laws of God,
so you do not sin willfully.
Otherwise, God and Jesus would soon prove no more love to you.
Would you take that risk ?
I also want to bring you the startling words of God again in memory:

So stay away from the violence !
Be you a doer of God's word !
Have mercy for the poor and needy !
Help them, as much as is possible to you - and namely through personal sacrifice !
This is what distinguishes a Christian from a name-Christian !

Since we mention the difference between true Christians
and name-Christians, I would like to remark one thing right away:
A true believer (So you could read already)
tries wholeheartedly to obey all laws of God.
A name-Christian, in contrast, picks some laws of God - and he (or she) obeys those.
But these are only those laws that do not demand overly much from him (or her).
When it is said, however: Pardon and forgive - then this law is displaced secretly.
Even if it is in the law: Abdicate, to help those in need -
then they don´t to hear about it.
"But if ye will not do so, behold, ye have sinned against the LORD ..."
(Numbers 32/23)
And it´s the same situation as when God demands his rightful tithe of the people.
Then they claim that this is a "long outdated" law from the Old Testament.
The lie preachers and the preachers of the half-truths do not want to chase their "sheep".
Therefore, they tell them, that the Old Testament (in which God asks the tithes)
is no longer valid since the birth of Jesus.
In aforementioned cleartext point 106 you get information on the half-truths.
And be sure to check the cleartext point 125, that the Old Testament broadly
has retained its validity. What has been changed by Jesus Christ compared to the New Testament, you will learn in the cleartext point 125.
God and Jesus Christ don´t want in any case, that we carry out endless discussions
on their word, but that we put the words of the Lord Jesus in practice
- thus we automatically fulfil God's law.
In the New Testament of the bible all preachers get a clear and unambiguous mandate:
"This is a faithful saying, and these things I will that thou affirm constantly,
that they which have believed in God might be careful to maintain good works.
These things are good (for the "practising" Christians because God so desires)
and profitable unto men (also the other)."

We Christians should, therefore, implement God's law in the form of works into action,
and not discuss it. The Lord needs doers of the word - and no
"chatterers", which "smart-talk" all others, but do not do anything.
"But avoid foolish questions (for example, whether the Sabbath on Friday, Saturday or Sunday),
and genealogies, and contentions, and strivings about the law (but fulfil the law,
by doing good - rather than to discuss it); for they (the discussions) are unprofitable and vain."

At this point, I would like to recommend the cleartext point 177. It is about
the important issue of efficiency, which Jesus Christ expects from us
if we put his word into practice.
God tells us people in many places in the bible that we do not have the right
to ignore one or another law, simply because it is inconvenient for us.
"For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all."
(James 2/10)
So you can not pick "good" laws of God - and ignore the inconvenient laws.
You could - but then you are only a name-Christ (lukewarm) in the eyes of the Lord, (see cleartext point 098) -
someone who, although calls himself Christian and acts religiously, is discarded on the last day !
